I traded Choo, Markakis, Jurjens for draft picks and I traded Oswalt earlier in the year before he went on the shelf for draft picks.

Will rate in return.

My only other possible keeper would be Garza but I believe in Wainright.

Your top two keepers (Miggy and Kemp) are great, and I believe in Castro and Strasburg, but the injury concerns with both Youkilis and Wainwright bother me. In keeper leagues I like to think in terms of what round a player would go if it was a redraft league (or the first year in a keeper league). Would Wainwright or Youkilis go in the first 6 rounds? I'm not so sure. Especially considering that former studs like Liriano and Edinson Volquez didn't come back their first year and pitch like aces, I'd be wary of using one of my 6 keeper slots on a risk like that. On Youkilis, he's beginning to age, and may not put up as good of numbers in the future.

You're telling us who your keepers are? Usually people post their roster and ask the cafe to help choose their keepers.

Depending on the depth of the league, I really like your keepers.

Cabrera and Kemp is probably going to be one of the best keeper combo's in your league. Youkilis is still very valuable, especially at a scarce position. SP's have some injury issues, but I also think both will be fine.

I love your hitters. AVG, Speed and power is off to a great start. Pitching on the other hand is questionable with injuries. BUT is also a nice risk to take if it works.
