H2H Champ. Streaming more starters than you can use?

Smart or shady? I picked up 8 starters for the final day in what has turned into a stream fest, with me up marginally up. My opponent wasn't too happy.

Both, kinda. I'm assuming this is a redraft league where the guys you're dropping for these spot starters don't matter.

You're basically exploiting a loophole, but as long as the same loophole is equally available to everyone, it's all above board.

FWIW, this is easily fixed in future years by ending add/drops earlier, or having a weekly IP limit.

If there is no rule against it, it is not shady. I don't like streaming and think that it devalues a league. I like a ten start a week rule.

In leagues where the rules allow it (no weekly add/drop limit or other such rules) denying an opponent a start can be just as useful as starting someone yourself. You say sneaky, I say smart. Bottom line, figure out the "spirit" of the league, what you want it to be like, and set the rules accordingly at the beginning of the year.

Yeah, it was a private league...and there were no rules in place. As it turns out, it wouldn't have mattered if I only took what I needed. I acutally did take Stras and Chen 2 days before though. LOL @ this final day. Ship the ship'!
