Best Tuesday streamer left?

Blake Beaven home vs. Oakland (Cahill)
Anthony Bass home vs. Cubs (Garza)
John Lannan at Florida (Vasquez)

I have Lannan now, but I'm thinking Beaven and Bass might both be better. Thanks!

As unpredictable as wins are, I just want the one that gives me the best chance at at win. Don't care about ERA, WHIP or SO.

Well since WHIP doesn't matter, I am leaning towards Anthony Bass. I would go with Lannan but he hasn't pitched well against the Marlins this year, so that makes me hesitant to pick him.
