Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

I'm debating whether or not to keep Utley at $24. It's unlimited keepers, at 110% what we bought them for last year. For reference, the elite batters went in the high fifties. Among my other keepers are Bautista at $34, Reyes at $38, Ellsbury at $9, Ackley at $2. Our budget is $260 for 16 roster spots.
Basically it comes down to whether Utley has fallen from the elite 2B permanently, or will he bounce back next year. What do you guys think? Should I keep him?

I'd lean towards keeping him unless you think he can be bought for less next year. Seems like He was back to his old self to some degree after his return and he should have decent value next year as long as there are no setbacks.

I can keep Hardy at SS at $2. I can also keep Ackley at 2B for $2. Would you still say to keep Utley?

if you were only going to keep one(utley or ackley) especially for the salary difference, ackley is the choice to keep.

Dr. DC,
I would not keep Utley for that price. His OPS has fallen for 2 seasons in a row and is down 140 points from 2009. He played like garbage in August and September this year.
He also has extreme platoon splits this year (hitting .189 against lefties), whereas historically, he's hit lefties and righties equally well. IMO, that's a bad leading indicator.
I would keep Ackley and Hardy because they are super-cheap, even if you keep Reyes.
Please check out my Lester vs. Kennedy post and let me know what you think.
