2012 Keeper Advice - WHIR!

Hi all,

I need to make some keeper decisions for 2012. 10-team mixed 5x5 auction league I can keep 5 players. Some seem obvious to me but I am stuck between a few. Which 5 would you take among:

Montero $7
Ellsbury $24
Ortiz $7
M. Morse $7
J. Shields $7
I. Kennedy $6
S. Strassburg $4
T. Hanson $11
C. Hamels $25
M. Moore $7

To Me, Shields, Kennedy and Strassburg seem like locks and I lean towards Ellsbury/Hanson (healthy for 2012?) for the other two, but a few others seem to have some value here and I appreciate all thoughts. Thanks!

Morse, Shields, Kennedy, Strasburg and Ellsbury. Hanson's health is definitely a concern.

I thought that said MORSE not MOORE. Keep Ellsbury instead. Sorry.

Morse IS an option as well. You would keep him OVER Ellsbury?

No way.

I think Ellsbury is hands down the most valuable player of all of them. Even if his power slips to 18 homers next year, he is still immensely talented and fills out the stat sheet. Also, if he homers drop his SBs will likely rise, so it's a win win. I'd make him your one expensive keeper and then go with the ones I previously listed. Hanson honestly is a huge risk for me with that shoulder. Moore is intriguing but I still take those other arms above him.
