Who do I keep going into '12?

With the season ending, I figured I'd ask for some advice. Standard 5x5 roto league, 12 teams. Our keeper rules are as follows:

12 ML players, hitters or pitchers
1 hitter and 1 pitcher who have played in the majors but are still eligible for ROY
3 Minor League players with no MLB experience

My 3 MiL players are: Jonathan Schoop (3B, BAL), Tyler Skaggs (SP, ARI), and Yu Darvish (SP, Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters)

I don't have a pitcher that qualifies, but I have three hitters (Jesus Montero, Jason Kipnis, and Anthony Rizzo). Here is my whole roster:

I'm definitely keeping these guys: Fielder, Granderson, Cabrera, Hart, Weaver, Kennedy, Marcum, Britton...so that leaves 4 spots open. What should I do?

JJ, I'd keep Avila, Wieters, Wainwright, and Madson in addition to the guys you mentioned. I'd also keep Montero. It would be huge to have 2 good catchers.
