this one tough:

im thinking harrison and demptser.....i am competing in k's, wins , but dont want to get blown up in era/whip as i have a small lead there. bills and danks or chen can give me nice k's and a chance at a win but they are always shaky

Man, tough indeed.

I feel like the white sox are impossible to predict ... Danks has been brutal of late and KC can hit, which makes me lean Chen. But he's hard to trust in general. Still, I might consider him a candidate if you can tolerate the sunday wildcard like that.

Lincoln seems like a decent option, esp since Bills has been shaky.
Harrison might not get the win but seattle struggles with the bat so i might look there.
Dempster might be my most solid recommendation of these guys.
