Drew Pomeranz, Dellin Betances worth a pickup?

In a 20 team dynasty league (keep entire roster year to year), good SP is always at a premium. We keep our wavier priority year to year as well, so blowing a high claim means a lot. I've been holding onto my #3 priority all year, hoping to grab an awesome young pitcher. Was really hoping that Trevor Bauer made it to the show, but would either of these guys be a good substitute?

Guys who know the minors: Do either of these guys profile as future #1 starters?

Out of the two i would take Pomeranz, not only is he closer to becoming a full time starter, but he is probably the better pitcher as well.

Yeah more than likely. Moore over Pomeranz but Pomeranz needs to be your guy.
