Start Jeff Niemann vs TEX?

Im pitching Worley vs ATL tonight and other person im facing in playoffs has many more starter than me. Would Niemann be an ok start to try to win wins?

Niemann doesn't have much of a track record against Tex with only 2 career starts. He didn't do too well in those games, but Niemann has been pitching much better as of late. If it's only wins you're after, I would take a gamble on a quality start from him in this matchup.
