I agree completely. Particularly Lawrie and Hosmer are major upgrades. I might consider dropping Aybar over Walker but if you find the backup SS is valuable to your plan of attack then hang onto Aybar. I would also give thought to dropping Nolasco for John Danks, but I think it's all about who you like more the rest of the way.

Some things that you should consider are how many pitchers the team you are going to be playing against have. If you have more than he does then you should consider yourself being fine for the bulk categories (wins and k's) and should look to protect your self in the ratio cats (era and whip) by dropping some risky pitchers. For the championship week I would strongly advise you against rolling with Morrow and Nolasco. Morrow is the obvious one to me because his remain starts are @BOS (see how he did tonight), vsLAA and @TB. I don't think I would touch him unless you are in desperate need of K's and don't have a chance in ERA or WHIP. I rolled with Nolasco for a big portion of this season, he provides some nice starts but will have a blow up start in what seems to be every 3-4 starts. He may do well, his matchups are @ATL, @WAS and @MIL, but those aren't good matchups for him. To me, because of how often they can ruin your teams ERA and WHIP in such an important week just by one start is enough for me to dump them. Personally I just dropped Morrow last night because its just not worth it.
As to who to add? I would go with Vazquez but after that I dont think there is really anyone worth picking up for the full championship week. I think you should play matchups during the week and find some starts vs weak offenses (especially SF).
I wouldn't drop a closer, yeah it's only one category, but going forward with 4 will greatly help you win the cat and then youll only need to grab 4 more to win it all.
For the hitter pickup, it has to be Lawrie. The kids a stud and has 2B eligibility which adds a lot of extra value. Drop Aybar for Lawrie ASAP.
So I would drop Morrow for Lawrie and Nolasco for Vazquez, and if you really want to you could drop Aybar for Hosmer (but only depending on how you see yourself matching up against your opponent - see what cats you should win over him and if you need some power numbers go after Hosmer as your UTIL).
aybar has SS eligibility and I like him backing you up twice. Brett Lawrie needs to be added quickly for RP- Rafael Betancourt Minor or Holland over Colon.
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!
