Semifinals - Start/Bench Help Requested

New user here - just signed up to ask some advice. I'm #1 in my league (on Yahoo) with a 15-4-2 record. The league is a weekly league, running Monday-Sunday. Two wins from a championship and need some sit/start advice.

Here's my team as I have it now. Please let me know if you recommend any changes before the week begins Monday.

Thoughts? Going into the playoffs should I put more proven players (Alexei Ramirez) in the lineup as opposed to recently-hot, but unproven players like Bourjos? Should I make any waiver moves if available? Any advice would be appreciated.
