Yahoo, Playoffs and Inactive Managers

I am in a league and I have 2 managers that never paid their league dues. Is it possible for me to lock them out of the playoffs?
This is a free H2H league in Yahoo.

I've done all I can do to get them to pay the money, but they are not interested. I do not someone like that being able to play in the playoffs.

Your first mistake was not getting all money before the Draft. You will never get it now. Let that be a lesson.
