Who to sign to extension?? WHIR

hey guys,

in our 10 team auction dynasty league ($80 cap) we have the option to extend 1 player on our roster that would other wise be a free agent.

we have the option to extend a player:
1-Yr Extension: yr1= +$3.00
2-Yr Extension: yr1= +$1.50, yr2= +$2.75
3-Yr Extension: yr1= +$1.25, yr2= +$2.00, yr3= +$3.75


Here are all the players I have that will be free agents:
Todd Helton $0.50
Cameron Maybin $0.50
Michael morse $0.50
Alex Avila $0.50
H. Pence $3.50
E. Santana $0.50
R. Vogelsong $0.50

who should I extend (if anyone) and for how long? we use 6X6 scoring $80 sallary cap.

Maybin sure had the upside in his favor as a prospect and now he's finally delivering but speed options are so easy to come by.

I'd take Avila who plays a premium position and extend him.

If you want proven production then Pence is the way to go, but personally I like the idea of a cheap productive catcher.

Plus it would help to see who your other starters are.
Definitely not Santana (too inconsistent), Vogelsong (likely a regression)
This may come down to team needs.

Its either Pence, Morse, or my choice Avila.
