even though youk and hanley are hurt, the team needs both of these positions...badly. Youk and hanley both should be coming back soon anyway

This is the team's roster, cano is the team's only second basemen and they have rollins as a SS who will return before hanley (if hanley even returns) and carlos lee texiera and reynolds in teh slots youk could go, so actually they have a stronger need for cano than youk or hanley

I would take that deal. I would rather have Cano going into the playoffs assuming that you have a decent replacement at SS.

its not fair bc he has rollins who is a better SS than hanley, cano is his only 2B, and he has reynolds who is a better 3B than youk, even without these problems though i would STILL rather have cano over youk and hanley
