VERY Crappy Situation, HELP!? WHIR always!

I dropped Peralta the other day for Lawrie (which I'm not too upset about - Peralta hadn't had an RBI in a month or something like that and every time the Tigers put up 10 runs he might have one hit with one run, sometimes no hits) and of course he goes on a tear the day after I drop him. Someone else picks him up and now I get screwed because Rollins goes on the DL and I can't afford to lose 15 days of SBs and Rs. And since Peralta has SS eligibility he would have been perfect, but I'm now stuck wit the following options (starting with the most % owned down to the least):

Darwin Barney
Omar Infante
Alex Gonzalez
Alcides Escobar
Ryan Theriot
Jed Lowrie/Marco Scutaro
Orlando Cabrera
Willie Bloomquist

Literally no one to choose from haha SO any thoughts/opinions? Thanks!
