Albert Pujols-value as a keeper?

What is Albert Pujols value as a keeper? I am discussions to trade for him with a guy who is desperate for picks in our league. I am also talking about adding Prince Fielder but for a much more expensive cost. What would it take to get him?

My team is mostly waiver wire fodder that wouldn't draw much attention as this guy is (and myself) our out of the playoffs.
