Fanball.com has him down as #5 in the rotation. Sportsline puts him at #6 but also says he is the favorite to win the #5 spot.

I was going to ask the same question. Sporting News says he will be #5 starter and Halama expects to make about 30 starts this season.
Is he worth $10 in an AL-only, 4x4, 10-team keeper league with a cap of $260? I'm debating whether or not to cut him.
