DO NOT KEEP BILLINGSLEY!!! Phew, I got that out. Anyways, as a Dodger fan I have followed him closely and had him on my dynasty team for two and a half years. I traded him earlier this year and have never been happier. He in all likelyhood should only be a streamer pitcher and I just don't see him turning it around. The Dodgers have too much young talent to let him keep going much longer. I already consider Rubby De La Rosa, Allen Webster to be better then him and they could push him out by the end of next season. And Zach Lee is still on a fast track to the big club, so I don't forsee Billingsley sticking around long enough to turn it around unless he becomes a closer.

I would keep Napoli over him and with your 16th spot, I would snag Peralta. If Peralta doesn;t pan out then you rpelace him next year. 3B is turning out too be too thin to let him go.
