I've got Brett Lawrie at 3B and A-Rod is coming back. Should I trade David Wright for Hunter Pence? I want the player that will help me the most this year for the playoffs since I doubt I will keep either. I've posted our teams below in case I should add more to this deal.

i see no reason to give up on Wright at 3B for next year. Id offer Lawrie and something else for Pence if thats the guy you've targeted

Ethier is the guy I'd dangle for Pence, but for me, this is a bit of a non-issue. You've got so many strong players that your 4th or 5th OF isn't a big thing.

Wright is worth more still, and with 3B in the state that it is in, you should try to extort more value than that out of your surplus.

You can get a little bit more then just Pence for Wright. See if you can get him to throw in a draft pick or two to balance the deal.

I, too would try to get more for Wright...He has never exploded into something amazing, but has always been a top fantasy contributor. You deserve a little more for him.
