12 team H2H keeper league that keeps 8 players(7x7,Hits, Total Bases, Innings Pitched, k/9). Both teams approximately 10 games out of playoffs with 3 weeks to go Team A Gives Jered Weaver and Prince Fielder and the last 5 picks of next years draft
Team B gives David Price Mike Minor Ted Lilly and the first 5 picks of next years draft

Early round picks are valuable so I dont think that should have been vetoed. That should be reserved for collusion or grossly unfair deals that disrupt competitive integrity.
Help me?

I honestly think too many picks are involved in that trade so I would have vetoed it. I can understand maybe the 1st and 2nd pick and the last 2 picks being involved but 5 picks is overdoing it imo.

Weaver and Price are both aces, even though Weaver is having a great season I think they are both great keepers.
Fielder for Minor and Lilly is greatly one-sided as both Lilly and Minor are worth almost nothing and Fielder is a top 15 pick. I think 5 picks is understandable, definitely not veto-worthy.

I think the top 5 picks make up for the imbalance in the player values and should not be vetoed.

The player-to-player aspect was grossly one-sided but the 1-5 round draft picks for 21-25 round draft picks makes it an even trade in my opinion. It should not have been vetoed.
Personally, I think the only time a trade should be vetoed in a keeper league is in the case of collusion.
