Who are my ten keepers? I think I have 8 sure-things and 2 toss-ups.......
Notes:
- I can only keep 8 and get 2 draft picks in rounds 9 and 10
- I won't keep a closer
C Carlos Santana (Cle - C,1B)
1B Adrian Gonzalez (Bos - 1B)
2B Robinson Canó (NYY - 2B)
3B Jose Bautista (Tor - 3B,OF)
SS Troy Tulowitzki (Col - SS)
IF Eric Hosmer (KC - 1B)
OF Mike Carp (Sea - 1B,OF)
OF Brett Gardner (NYY - OF)
OF Garrett Jones (Pit - 1B,OF)
OF Marlon Byrd (ChC - OF)
Util JJ Hardy (Bal - SS)
BN Jhonny Peralta (Det - 3B,SS)
BN Rick Ankiel (Was - OF)
BN Jose Tabata (Pit - OF)
BN Jason Bay (NYM - OF)
DL Ike Davis (NYM - 1B)
SP Zack Greinke (Mil - SP)
SP Alexi Ogando (Tex - SP,RP)
SP Justin Verlander (Det - SP)
RP José Valverde (Det - RP)
RP Huston Street (Col - RP)
RP Kevin Gregg (Bal - RP)
P Joakim Soria (KC - RP)
P Jason Isringhausen (NYM - RP)
BN Jeremy Hellickson (TB - SP,RP)
BN Brandon Beachy (Atl - SP)
BN Colby Lewis (Tex - SP)
DL Stephen Strasburg (Was - SP)
I would keep the following: Carlos Santana, Adrian Gonzalez, Robinson Canó, Jose Bautista, Troy Tulowitzki, Eric Hosmer, Ike Davis, Justin Verlander, Jeremy Hellickson and Brandon Beachy.
I think Santana, AGon, Cano, Tulo, Verlander are all automatic keepers. Bautista seems to be the real deal and if he ever gets traded he could be that much better. Hosmer is a stud and should only get better. I am really high on Ike Davis even with him on the DL. I assume you are to if you held onto him all this time. Hellickson is going to be a stud of a pitcher and Beachy has a lot of potential.
I agree with this only i would switch Beachy for Strasburg
