Too Much for Goldschmindt?

In a 20 team dynasty league I was offered Paul Goldschmidt and Ted Lilly for my Beckett and Theriot. I think my sp can take the hit and especially like how this trade helps me long term. What do you think I should do? Team is below.

Btw just traded jurrjens Harrison guerra for ubaldo Beckett if that makes a difference

Beckett will still be a very good SP for several years. I'd pass on this deal.
