D. Price and Willingham for Hardy and D. Jennings? WHIR

I'm in a ten team H2H (points) league. It is a 5x5 league that scores R, HR, RBI, SB, and OBP on offense. We score K, ERA, WHIP, SV, and QS for pitching. My current roster is:

C - V Martinez
1B - A Gonzalez
2B - Ryan Roberts
3B - J Bautista
SS - Eduardo Nunez
2B/SS - Jason Kipnis
1B/3B - M Teixeira
OF (5 active slots)- J Cruz, S Victorino, M Cabrera, J Francouer, J Willingham
UTIL - David Freese

SP - Dan Haren, D Price, Justin Masterson, J Cueto, Tim Stauffer, Ivan Nova, G Gonzalez, A Ogando, J Niemann
RP - Hanrahan, R Madson, Javy Guerra

I've been offered JJ Hardy and Desmond Jennings in return for David Price. I am solidly in first place in this league, but SS has obviously been the hole in my team all year. What do you guys (and gals) think about this trade? This guy is pretty hot for Price.

Yeah, do it. Hardy is a HUGE upgrade and in a 10 team league, you should be able to find a decent pitcher(s) to fill in for price. Easier to find than a stud SS, that's for sure.

Do it for sure. Price has been less than spectacular this year. Hardy is having a monster year. Jennings will give you huge speed upside regardless of how well he hits the rest of the way.

It's a re-draft league but now there is a complication. Before I could accept the trade he canceled the offer and re-sent it with me sending him Josh Willingham. So now it would be me sending him Price + Willingham for Hardy + Jennings. Thoughts?
