Is Alexei Ramirez worth holding on to? - WHIR

He cost a fourth round pick (by mistake....) and I recently acquired Asdrubel Cabrera. I would think he's expendable and droppable given the terrible season he's had. (Well, not terrible necessarily, but definitely uninspiring.) I'm just curious if anyone else would hang on to him...

And yes, I realize I have an empty spot. I just haven't decided who to plug in as my #5 OF/Streamer... I'm leaning towards Matsui, Kubel, Willingham, or Pagan. (Trumbo is almost there, and I'd add a 1B util if/when he makes it)

I'm also considering grabbing Strasburg once McCann is back just to see that my DL spot isn't wasted. If he does come back strong, he may be worth using.

I had Ramirez in my league and was waiting on him for a long time. He's probably not going to show up, and really, Asdrubal probably will outproduce him anyway. Unless someone is desperate for an SS, Ramirez is dumpable for anyone you need.

Right now you need to get guys that will help you where you need help. Ramirez isn't going to much of anything except get a few steals, and given your lineup, you're not getting a whole lot of those anyway. Might as well take the hot burner of the week with Ramirez's spot since he doesn't tear it up too much. Hey, that sounds like Pagan.
