Which SP to spot start tomorrow

I'm tied in Wins and QSs in my head-to-head going into tomorrow. I have no starters tomorrow, the other guy has Kershaw going. Who should I pick up to make a spot start?

I like either Vasquez (who has been on a roll) however its against the Cards,

The recently called up, Mike Minor vs the Mets.
