Looking into making some drops and adds with an eye towards the future. This is a basic dynasty league, so I don't wanna screw up. Has LF/CF/RF slots and one OF and also has one IF slot. I will list players I am considering dropping. Please advise.
Mike Napoli (I have Jesus Montero waiting in the wings)
Sean Rodriguez (I have Gordon Beckham, Jason Kipnis, Jed Lowrie, Brian Roberts)
Alcides Escobar (Lowrie can play SS)
Jason Borgeous (has eligibility at all three OF positions and has speed, but not much else)
Eric Thames (not terribly high on him)
Cory Luebke
So, who can I find better replacements then? They need to be on the Yahoo list. Thanks.

Mike Napoli if you have a servicable catcher. The rest have at least some upside....

Well, I'm not sure who is available in your league. For all I know you could be dropping the best players to have, and then you'd be stuck picking up crap.
I agree with the poster above that Napoli is a safe drop. Texas has a crowded lineup, and Napoli is no spring-chicken. I don't think dropping him is much of a loss.
I think it's ok to hold on to the others guys. I especially like Borgeious long term...Luebke could be nice...and Escobar too.
Sean Rod might be running out of time to find a full-time permanent gig...I'm not terribly impressed with Thames. But like I said, those could be the best keepers compared to what's on the market.
