M Young trade WHIR 100%

Postby germani40 » Fri Aug 05, 2011 3:05 pm

Team is in my sig
This is a keeper league we keep 10-15 players.

I give
Michael Young
Doug Fister or Rick Porcello

I Get
Scherzer or Tim Hudson or Chacin
Ichiro

In free agency to replace Young Bonifacio and Aybar are available. Should I do the deal? If so how should I go about it. And who should I pick up to replace Young

I always help in return.

NEW QUESTION

What pitcher should I expect in return for Young? Not just of these 3 but of any pitcher.

i don't think you should do it. ichiro is past prime and those pitchers aren't much of anything

Yeah I'm not really sure how this would benefit you at all, any of the combos. Young is still performing at a high level and Ichiro is done. No go.

Thanks for mine.

Given that you're upgrading pitching at the cost of hitting, and none of those pitchers are elite, I'd pass. You should be able to snag more for young.

Giant pass. I might even take Fister over Scherzer.
