Add/Remove Teams Effect on Draft Pick Trades

I'm in a Yahoo Fantasy Baseball League with 16 Teams. Our league is set up to allow Draft Pick Trading during the season. We are planning on removing two of the teams and either staying at 14 or adding two to get back to 16. However, I'm concerned what adding or dropping teams will effect all of the draft pick trading that has been done? Done anyone have an answer to this?

gotta figure it out ahead of time, but I don't think anything would change dramatically. If team X gives up a 4th round pick, it's a 4th round pick whether there are 16 teams or 10 teams...
