I wouldn't even send a counter trade your way. Kemp has been pretty much the best player all year and you aren't giving him anything to replace that value. Plus you are asking for a top SP. If you want talent you are going to have to give up talent.

and you obviously haven't seen that kershaw has 5 more wins and 100 more strikouts. kershaw is a much better pitcher, karstens 2.49 is based more on luck. .249 bapip this year, compared to .289 lifetime. that era will come up

Well, you can always try to use this reasoning when you send this offer but don't be offended when the other team rejects it.

still feliz and a catcher won't be enough. and ogando's era has been on the rise for a month and a half now. he's already pitched more innings this year than any other season he's played

You can argue with us all you want but the bottom line is Kemp and Kershaw are more valuable than those guys. Very few people believe Oganodo or Karstens as much more than spot starters. They are out producing what their other numbers suggest.
You can make the offer, I don't think it is a slap in the face but I don't think you are giving up enough. I have both Kemp and Kershaw in a league and there is no chance I would trade them for that offer.
