Trade CarGo for Pence/V-Mart/Putz/Nathan/Nolasco?

This is for a long-term keeper league.. 16 teams, h2h format.

I am being offered a package of Hunter Pence, V-Mart, JJ Putz, Joe Nathan, and Ricky Nolasco for what is essentially just CarGo, Buck, and whatever players I drop to make the player exchange even, which would probably be guys like Ludwick, Vazquez, Pestano, or Lannan.

I think he wants CarGo, Buck, Ludwick, Vazquez.

My team right now is:

For comparison's sake, CarGo is $19, while Pence would only be $8 and V-Mart $11 if I chose to keep them.

Right now, my keepers are:

Should I do this? The only positive I can see is the significant upgrade at catcher, because Buck sucks, and getting saves again from Putz/Nathan after I had previously decided to punt them.. but the dropoff from CarGo to Pence seems huge to me. I can't decide.

If you have a chance to win this year, I would take this deal and run. I don't think the dropoff from CarGo to Pence (now in a much better lineup) is that far at all, especially with CarGo hurt (yes, I know he comes back this week).
