Cueto dropped...use 5th waiver claim? (WHIR)

First off, relevant info: one year league, 8 teams, H2H points format. Players on the DL do not occupy any roster spots, so dropping them does NOT free up any space. I currently have one empty spot on the roster after dropping Adams (was hoping Bell would get traded, but I don't really need him anyway). Johnny Cueto was dropped a couple of days ago and if he clears waivers, which I doubt he will, he'll hit the FA tomorrow morning. In an 8-team league, would you use the 5th overall waiver claim to grab him? Here's my roster:

The only reason I'm asking is because there are other good FA's out there. I don't have any bench batters, so if anybody sits out a day that spot stays empty for me. Here are the other notable FA's:

If I add Cueto, someone like Luebke becomes expendable I guess, so I can add another bat with that spot. The question is...who? Thanks for the advice, and post a link so I can return the favor!

Drop Luebke or Hellickson...you have to put in a claim for Cueto. Hellickson is likely to see his innings decrease, so look at Danks or Garza when that happens as well. Felix has had some blowups, but not sure why he is a FA (8-team league I guess). And Starlin Castro or Alexei Ramirez > Jeter.

No idea why someone would drop him. He leads the NL in ERA and hasn't let up more than 3 runs in a game all season. Def. pick him up w/ the 5th waiver selection!!

have to agree with everybody else, leubke or hellickson. especially bc of innings on hellickson. there are pretty good pitchers on your fa market though. you should see mine lol.

I should clarify: after dropping Adams, I currently have an empty spot, so I don't have to drop anybody to put in the claim for Cueto. I was wondering if he was worth the 5th waiver claim in an 8-team league, and after I add him if there were any others move to be made.

I put in the claim and I have my fingers crossed that I get him. If I do, I'll drop Luebke and add Castro since Jeter's hurting right now. After that, I guess my next most droppable player is Hellickson for a guy like Prado or Feliz. What would you do?
