This is going to be really vague information, but with the mass amounts of cool people that frequent these forums I'm hopeful someone may have an idea of the site I'm looking (relooking actually) for.
I read an article via RSS Baseball News feed on my phone, but neglected to write down the website the writer sited for the information.
The article discussed a method that analyzed minor league player statistics, adjusted them for league and ballpark variables (especially for California league), and then put a specific minor league player statistics up against the minor league "norm" to analyzed how far above or below the "norm" a prospect was.
If I'm not mistaken, they used xFIP and something like xFIPr for comparison points on pitchers and there was another statistic used for hitters that escapes me. Anyway they created a database of minor league players and I'd like to revisit the website but can't find it now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Gregg Zaun's stellar fan site might be able to help, become a Zaunbie and start winning.
