Should I trade my C.J. Wilson and a 9th round pick for David Wright and a 21st? or Beachy and a 10th?
I personally like Beachy's keeper ability more then Wilson's simply because he pitches in a more pitcher friendly division and he can be kept 4 rounds later.
C.J. Wilson can be kept as a 15th round pick next year. Beachy can be kept as a 19th. David Wright is not keepable.
Some FA SP options are: Josh Collmenter, Rich Harden (might get traded to the RedSox or Yankees), Freddy Garcia, Paul Maholm, James McDonald, Mike Leake, Gavin Floyd, and Aaron Harang
12 Team H2H. We Keep 6 Players Season to Season for 3 years
Stat Cats: R-HR-RBI-SB-K-TB-AVG-OBP IP-W-L-SV-BB-K-ERA-WHIP In parentheses are the rounds they can be kept in next season, everyone else wouldn't be keepable imo due to our league rules.

Yeah he was a first round pick so you he isn't keepable. With our keeper rules you keep the player 2 rounds ahead of where he was drafted.
And I am in first place so yeah I am trying to win it all this year. I think I have a deep enough pitching staff, and if I get Wright I think it will really help my offense.
I actually think you should deal Beachy if you were to make this deal (which I am in favor of). Wilson has more major league experience under his belt and is more consistent overall. Beachy has either been lights out or not that great.

Yeah I agree, but I think this move will help put my offense over the top dont you? Lately Stubbs has been striking out a ton and Chris Young has been cold. But I could still start either Young, Stubbs, or Snider based on match-ups in the outfield along with Holliday and Morse. And when Beltre comes back I could start Wright everyday in my UTIL.
If you are in serious contention I agree with those who say you should get Wright. Players of Wilson's value can be found easily in drafts next year, you might as well go for the championship.
