Postby timkell » Tue Mar 30, 2004 6:30 pm

who do you guys like this year for a 5X5 league?

Leaning towards Baldelli, but a lot of sights rank Podsednik much higher.

Podsednik all day.

I dont trust guys named Rocco.

Besides, Pod will have better runs, SBs, and BA - the cats you are basically getting them for.

I disagree. Baldelli is overrated and if I were you, I'd take Podsednik. If you want more power though, take Baldelli.

I would take Pods too. He certainly won't get the BA he did last year, but he still will get you those runs and sbs.

Baldelli, hes gonna be running this year like he did at the end of last. He was supposedly one of the fastest men in baseball for a while too.

I'd choose Baldelli by a huge margin. Pods played way over his head last year. Way over. Baldelli is a rising star.

You know other guys named 'Rocco'? Cool.

I would go with Rocco on this one. Remember that last year's numbers came at a very young age. He's got more upside than Pods. A concern about Rocco, though, is his inability to take a walk. He had 17 in 300 ABs last year. Not good.
