Keeper League Trade

I've worked a trade in a 5x5 roto, 12 team keeper league. We keep 5 players and have deep lineups/rosters and a minimum starts limit. I've been hurting in HR/RBI and could win the league if I could pull a few in those categories. Anyhow, here's the trade offer:

I would get Freddie Freeman, Alexi Ogando, Jhonny Peralta and would give up Alex Rodriguez, Starling Castro, and Trevor Cahill.
