Would like to know how many years you've already kept your legitimate top 7 options - Miggy, Prince, Pedroia, Cargo, Ellsbury, Halladay and Felix. That said, I like deal A as you're upgrading 3b now for the rest of the season.

i think Deal B is horrible. Deal A would make sense and if it was my team i would do the deal.
