I've held out hope for no good reason, and now I'm officially done with him ...

I'm holding on to him in my league. The Marlins have stated that he hasn't officially been shut down yet, so in most HTH leagues if you're pretty solid to make the playoffs I think he's worth a hold. Also he's on my DL so he isn't taking up an extra roster spot for me anyway.
