I like getting Doc + Grandy, but Kemp + Tex is too much to ask. Try countering.
STAY AWAY from that 2nd deal. Jurrjens is going to regress over the 2nd half -- not sure he will be better than what you have already.
Help with my pitcher drops:

I would not do either trade. You are giving up way too much in the first deal, althogh you do need depth at SP.
Kemp is a bonafide stud, and you should try to shop him around for a package of something like Tommy Hanson/Jay Bruce or a similar package of nice starting pitcher while still giving you a good OF in return.
Tiex and Kemp is way too much to give up for Halladay and Granderson...mainly because I just cant see granderson performing like this for the rest of the season.

Changed to my Ellsbury and Konerko for Granderson and Roy Halladay? Thoughts?

You are giving up a lot of offense in that counter-offer. I would ask for atleast another middle-tier OF'er on top of Granderson and Halladay.
help with mine please:

I wouldn't do either. Kemp/Granderson is a wash. In Yahoo they are just about even with each other. So do you want Halladay or Tex? This season, where bats are harder to find, I think you want Tex. Holliday's stats, if you averaged out his stats and accounted for the time he missed with his injury would be around 65/18/65/.300/.930 line (with 350AB). He wouldn't be THAT much of a downgrade from Grandy but i HATE HATE HATE Jurrjens this 2nd half (and I own him). I think he goes through a major regression.
Help with mine?
