So Scott Baker (SP) is on the Waiver Wire. Should I grab him over any of these guys I have?

Yes I would take Baker over Luebke and most likely over Norris as well.

Is this a keeper league?

I feel like Luebke over norris personaly???? With this much question should i just stay put? Bake seems to be the bette player otherwise.

I agree with you, especially since it isn't a keeper. Baker is much more proven then Luebke, should get you similar strike-out numbers, and is on a better team so he should get you more W's.
