I'd say Garcia. I just don't trust him.

Garcia is certainly the worst pitcher of the bunch but his team holds a pretty big competitive advantage over Seattle. If a win is crucial and you can risk losing a bit (maybe a bunch) off your ratios start Freddy. If you are worried about your ERA or WHIP then bench him.

Either Garcia or Worley. It's a toss up really, as I don't trust either even though both are against terrible offenses. Gun to my head I'm going to go with Worley since Garcia's chances of netting a win are much greater than with a guy going up against Lincecum. I'd be worried about starting either, though... maybe you can find a guy on the ww. Like a Clay Hensley type?

I'd likely sit Billingsley. He's a jekyll/hyde type, playing for the lowly Dodgers who are looking to next season and playing a decent Zona club.

I have to agree with RedHopeful here. Garcia is definitely the worst pitcher of the bunch, but due to match-ups I would sit Billingsley.
