Innings Cap Strategy

I'm wondering if anyone has some suggestions or opinions.
18 Teams, Points League

I'm projecting way over on my innings. We have 1,450 Innings and I currently have 287 left.
My staff is pretty Blah, but I've got a few decent guys.

We have strange scoring, since it's points. No ERA, No WHIP.
We play Wins, Losses, Saves, Holds, Ks, BB, CG, Shut Outs

Here's my staff.
C. Carpenter
F. Garcia
J. Hellickson
T. Stauffer
J. Tomlin
J. Arrietta
C. Carasco
V. Worely
K. McClellan
J. Vazquez

So I'm pretty sure the strategy is to use all of Carpenter/Worely/Garcia/Hellickson starts since their teams give them the better chance for wins.
So I either just Drop everyone else, or try to trade them for good teams middle relief right?

Just try to vulture wins?
Are those the only guys you'd really keep, or am I missing someone? Should I even try to trade them, like say a J.Tomlin for Rafael Betancourt offer.

With 287 Innings left, I would go even lower and keep two starters. Trade the other pitchers for offense and/or middle relief/closers.

I like Carp and some other combination, but see who gets the biggest package of other things.

Thing is, my offense is pretty solid. And the spots I need an upgrade, C and 3B, none of my SPs are going to land.

I just offered Carasco for Betencourt, just for a feeler. They literally had the same amount of points so far except C.C has 114 IN and R.B with only 40.

The idea of POINTS PER INNING is something I complete overlooked, but won't next season
