"Astros manager Brad Mills has petitioned Major League Baseball to change the scoring of a dropped popup in Norris's start from a single to an error on Jose Altuve, the Houston Chronicle reports.
Recommendation: It's not every day that a manger petitions the league to give an error to a rookie on his team. Altuve, who has been with the Astros less than a week, was going back on the ball but could only get a glove on it. The change in scoring would save Norris three earned runs, taking him from a 3.70 ERA to a 3.48.
(Rotowire.com)"
if this happens a couple days from now will yahoo retroactivly change it and change a whole week's outcome?

I believe so, I have seen them make many scoring changes already this season.
I could really use it too, since I have Bud Norris in both my leagues.

On Yahoo for H2H leagues once the scoring for the week is done around 3am Monday it's final, any scoring changes made after that won't change it. For roto leagues those changes will still apply.
Not sure how ESPN, CBS, etc handle it.
