Do I have a positional/category weakness?

My pitching is a little weak, but not bad, so I like to focus on the positive - MY OFFENCE. Do you see any major weaknesses in my offence? 15 team Keeper Roto League with 8 bench spots

C - Posada
1B - Teixeira
2B - Boone
SS - Rollins
3B - Ensberg
OF - Crawford
OF - Juan Gonzalez
OF - Manny Ramirez
OF - Luis Gonzalez
DH - Kent

Bench
OF - Burrell, Kielty, Higginson
1B, 3B - Casey Blake
SS - Khalil Greene

Kent a DH? Interesting.
Bench isn't that exciting but your team looks solid.

This is just nitpicking - but I guess its what you want:

Your team BA is average at best - this is the weakest part of your lineup.
Other than Greene, your bench is weak.
Speaking of Greene - I think he will probably supplant Rollins in your starting lineup.
Burrell isnt the guy I would want as my Util player - that is unless he can hit .280 or better - which simply wont happen.
Higginson is a scary pick - Id rather have Monroe.

What Outfield options are still available right now? Byrd? Bay?

Its a 15 team league with 26 total roster spots, so it goes pretty deep. Monroe is still out there, but i thought that he was going to platoon. Will he be an everyday starter? The best OF still out there are: Ben Grieve, Singleton, Rowand, Marrero, sierra, Long. Not a whole lot of talent.

Let me know about Monroe - if he is a regular or not.

I sure would love to see your FA list, cause there has to be better options - im sure of it.

I checked the FA list and there are a few better players out there, but I did my best to fill possible immediate needs at my weaker positions. We are only allowed 2 player claims per week, so a few injuries and your team is hurting.

We start 4 players in the OF, so with 15 teams and assuming everyone wants at least 1 back-up, the top 75 OF are already taken. Blake gives me a decent back-up at both 1B and 3B, since Ensberg has sucked this spring. Greene is a decent back-up for Rollins. I actually think Burrell will hit .275+ with 30+ hr so I want to play him everyday if I can.

I would say that you could use another guy that you can depend on for 35+ HRs. You have lots of guys that 'might' do that (Teixeria, Ensberg, Gonzo, Boone), but only one that 'should' (Manny). I'd trade Kent or Boone (possibly in a package) for a dependable 35+ HR power guy. Someone like a Thome/Sexson/Sosa, etc.

Also, I'm a little worried about Ensberg (I have him too), but am trying my best to ignore preseason stats. If Teix can play 3B, you're decently covered.

Looks like a really good lineup for a 15 team league though.
