I like your thinking. I hate cats, and normally id agree with you, but they do provide a quality, free service, and really i'd hate to imagine a society without them. Not just the rats and mice either, we are talking all forms of creepy crawlies, and without cats, the job of insect destruction falls to you. And you'll be very busy.
Send your cats to me - I hope to be featured on Animal Cops someday. That show even around anymore?
On that note, I hope all small breeds of yip dogs die off. When, in world history, have they ever had a purpose?
And going back a bit, I hate it when people staple stuff knowing that I will have to separate it. Staples only leave two small holes on occasion - other times it tears or sometimes you're screwed when they bend back into the paper and essentially staple back through a second time. Then you have to try to pry it apart. Some official documents with original signature I don't want with staple holes anyway.

Yeah this is a good point and the reason why I stopped judging people that care about pop culture stuff. From an objective standpoint, who beat who in a game of baseball is just as inconsequential as who married who in the pop music world. The reason it's important to us is pretty much the same reason the pop culture industry is important to other people, and both are multibillion dollar industries for the same reason.
So yeah gossip is annoying but so is baseball talk to other people which is why I don't go up to random people and say "HEY SO HOW ABOUT THAT CHRIS DENORFIA" just like I expect people not to bug me about Jennifer Lopez and Amy Winehouse and crap like that.

I also hope that they come up with a solution to the problem of shorts with the built-in underwear. You're on one foot putting the other through the leg hole and a toe invariably catches on the mesh ripping it and sending you sprawling.
