The wheels are falling off! Trade for a pitcher?whir

I'm in a 12 team H2H league with standard scoring. I'm 9.5 games in first but my average pitching line seems to be 4IP with 5ER's lately. Here is my roster.

C. Brian McCann
1B. Ryan Howard
2B. Ben Zobrist
3B. David Wright (back from DL tomorrow)
SS. Alexi Casilla
CI. Gaby Sanchez
MI. Daniel Murphy
OF. Justin Upton
OF. Andrew McCutchen
OF. Hunter Pence
UTIL. Travis Snider
UTIL. Eric Thames
BN. Darwin Barney
BN. Danny Valencia

SP.Clayton Kershaw
SP. Dan Haren
SP Brandon Beachy
RP. John Axford
RP. Drew Storen
RP. Joakim Soria
P. Bud Norris
P. Jhoulys Chacin
BN. Wandy Rodriguez
BN. Trevor Cahill
DL. Eric Bedard.

I was just wondering if I should trade for a better pitcher. Maybe trade Hunter Pence for a Grienke or something? I'd be willing to trade anyone really.I've stared at my team too long and need a outside P.O.V. Thanks for all the help!

I think finding another pitcher would be a good thing. With this kind of thing, you need to look at what the other teams have. Is there a team with a lot of good SP? Or a team that really needs an OF? Then make a deal for one of their SP. I don't think I would touch Grienke right now. I know if you look at his numbers, he should be doing better than he is but he has had one really good year in the past 4 seasons and everything else has been projection. If I was making a move I would go with someone a little more secure even if they aren't flashy. Maybe a Tim Hudson or Gio Gonzalez.

I'd try to upgrade your MI slots also.

Maybe your Chacin and J Up for Tulo and Hamels?
