Dynasty: Rubby De La Rosa or Juan Nicasio?

I'm leaning towards Nicasio as he has superb command and can get a fair amount of strikeouts. However, Rubby and hit upper 90's on the radar with his fastball and will most likely have more K's and long as he can get deep in games. Any opinions?

League is a 5x5 Roto Dynasty 10 team

I personally like De La Rosa slightly more. But really I am not sold on either one becoming more than an average SP.
