Did something happen to CarGo? Trying to figure out why he was replaced by Spillbourghs after only 2 at bats (homering on the first one).

His wrist is jacked up again. I wished they'd just put him on the DL until it's freaking right.

Tigers manager Jim Leyland is one of the most stubborn? managers for putting in replacement players into the same spot in the batting order of the regular he is replacing regardless of talent/ability. same thing with new Tigers 3B Wilson Betemit. he takes over for Inge, and gets Inge's most recent spot in the batting order, 9th.
I was hoping Betemit would be higher.

My buddy who lives in Tampa said the huge buzz on sports radio all day was the worry about James Shields 'throwing games' so he wouldn't get traded. Apparently he didn't get the memo as he put down the Spankees for the 2nd time in as many weeks.*
