In a 12 team h2h points league and have Pena in my UTIL spot. He's been so steaky lately and don't want to sell when he's cold, but would it be worth it to drop him for Snider who is obviously tearing it up? Who should have a better 2nd half?

I think Pena is a great bench option if you can start him only against RHP. I dont expect Snider to be a better power hitter then Pena for the rest of the season but I do see him hitting more for AVG and getting WAY more SB's. Do you not have anyone else you could potentially drop? Post your roster and I could prob give you a better suggestion.

We only have 2 bench spots in my league and they are both reserved for starting pitchers (I usually try to get close to my maximum 10 starts per week). I did just pick up Luekbe who has given me a few good outings, but have Buchholz coming off the DL soon too (so I may have to dump one of the two anyway). Here's my roster...
C Napoli
1 Fielder
2 Weeks
3 Sandoval
S Peralta
O McCutchen
O Ethier
O Gordon
U Pena
SP Verlander
SP Kennedy
SP Scherzer
SP Gallardo
SP Luekbe
SP Vogelsong
SP Hellickson
RP Storen
RP Axford
DL Buchholz
I guess I'm trying to figure out who'll get me more points for the rest of the year...
Point system is basic, like 1b = 1 point, hr = 4 points, run/rbi = 1 point, sb = 2 points, strikeout = -1, etc.
EDIT: Also Reynolds just became available on the WW, who is best out of these 3?

I honestly dont like the idea of you having to start Pena everyday as your UTIL. He is awful against lefties and is a big drag on AVG. His numbers against RHP however are amazing, and should get better as the weather gets warmer in Chicago.
If I had to pick a guy to start everyday, I would probably go with Snider.
