I like this list, but the clear 1-2 are Hellickson and Bumgarner.

Agreed ... though I MIGHT put Stauffer ahead of Bailey simply bc of injuries and ballpark factor.

I would put Scherzer right below Hellickson. I really like Hellickson. He has sick stuff.
