Ramos has been swinging a hot bat recently, and without Pudge there to poach starts, he might be in line for another start or two per week. I'm sure the Nationals are interested in seeing how much he can handle, so as long as he keeps a hot bat, he's worth owning over the other two for now.
With all three of those options though, I'd be sure to keep a close eye, since I don't really one to stick with one for the ROS. I want whoever is playing best.
